PRODUCTION FACILITY

Swati is equipped with globally accepted facilities for the manufacture of natural menthol and peppermint oil. The entire manufacturing process takes place under close supervision by a team of experiences qualified technical staff, right from raw material to end product.

Every unit operation is carried out in neat and clean environment within factory premises. Our professionals are extensively trained to understand the technical aspect and quality criteria required for export in the world market.

At swati we believe that crystallization in both a science and an art. We start our quality control from the very first stage of our manufacturing process. A unique process of multipurification by way of distillation is carried out, which gives extra shining, clarity and purity to crystals and hence better shelf life. The size of the crystals produced very and are graded by a sieving machine from large (Bold) to Small (Medium/Rice/Fine), before the final packaging.

Along with Menthol Crystals, we also produce Natural Dementholised Peppermint Oil with the without terpenses as per customer specifications by using our world class fractional distillation columns. These columns are also used to produced terpenes cis-3-hexenol. Menthone, liquid menthol as per customer requirement.

SWATI places utmost care for follow up of standard operating procedures all around. Every workman is trained to follow it strictly.

Follow up of SOP has added a lot in consistent watch of production and activity has resulted in consistent quality control right from raw material procurement to finished product packing.

All Production Acitivity is performed as per GMP (WHO STD) & ISO 9001-2000 Certification.
